Macadamia Felted Coccid Workshops

The Hawaii Macadamia Nut Association has received a grant from the State of Hawaii Department of Agriculture to perform outreach around the Macadamia Felted Coccid. They will have a series of workshops around the Big Island focused on Integrated Pest Management of Macadamia Felted Coccid.
The workshops will be Led by Dr. Alyssa Cho of CTAHR. Growers will learn to manage pests in the orchard, with a focus on macadamia felted coccid (MFC). Eligible farms can receive pesticide application equipment and product for use after the training. These workshops are free with refreshments provided.

Honoka‘a: October 12 @ Ahualoa Farms, 9 – 11:30 am
