Bacterial Blight Becoming Most Costly Disease for Hazelnut Growers

As more Eastern Filbert Blight resistant hazelnut varieties continue to be planted across the Willamette Valley of Oregon, bacterial blight is quickly becoming the most costly disease issue growers are facing. Watch this brief interview with OSU Hazelnut Extension Plant Pathologist Jay Pscheidt as he explains the situation and what growers can do about it.
